Whether you're trying out plant-based food once a week or are considering a bigger diet-change, I believe we can all benefit from getting more tasty plants on our plates. For me, this means being part-time plant-based; I aim to have 50% of my meals focused on plants and whole grains. For you, this may simply mean making one or two meals per week with veggies at the center of the plate.
